Lindsay Orr Foy

Ms. Foy is Assistant Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Head Compliance Officer.  She joined Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in 2019, and provides counsel to senior management and business units on the Company’s legal affairs, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, litigation, real estate transactions and major business transactions.  She also serves on the Steering Committee of the Women in Energy and as the Executive Sponsor of the Pride employee resource group.  Prior to joining Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Ms. Foy worked in the legal department of Exelon Corporation, and prior to that practiced litigation and employment law at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP) and Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, both in Wilmington, Delaware.  She is a member of the Legal Committee of the American Gas Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel and serves as President on the Board of Sacred Heart Village II, a nonprofit organization providing housing for very low-income seniors.
