Cathy leads a team in our Finance Department that is responsible for validating the financial impact of our business development opportunities and larger capital projects. Cathy’s team provides administrative and financial support for our Capital Committee and leads due diligence assessments for acquisitions, which in 2023 included the Florida City Gas transaction. Cathy serves as the co-chair of Chesapeake Utilities’ Strategic Vision Council, which promotes leadership development and strategic planning within the Company. Cathy has a long history with Chesapeake, beginning in 1987.
