Transfer Agent and Registrar
Shareholder Services
Computershare Trust Company is the Company’s transfer agent and registrar. Computershare is responsible for certain shareholder related functions including: the maintenance of registered shareholder records; issuance of certificates; distribution of dividend payments; acceptance of initial investments and optional cash investments; and reporting appropriate available tax information to the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of registered shareholders. Shareholders may contact Computershare at the address below for correspondence including, but not limited to, inquiries concerning dividend reinvestment and optional cash investments; assistance with becoming a stockholder through the Direct Stock Purchase component of the Plan; and the submission of Enrollment forms.
