Guernsey Power Station Project
Our affiliate, Aspire Energy Express, LLC, and Guernsey Power Station, LLC, entered into a precedent firm transportation capacity agreement pursuant to which Guernsey Power Station will construct a power generation facility and Aspire Energy Express will provide natural gas transportation service to this facility.
Capital Investment: approximately $6.5 million
Construction Started: June 2021
Construction Complete: October of 2021
