CHESAPEAKE UTILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Dover, Delaware -- The Board of Directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on the Company’s common stock. The $0.27 per share dividend will be paid on April 6, 2015 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2015. Chesapeake has paid a dividend to its shareholders for 54 consecutive years.
