Dover, Delaware — Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) today reported third quarter financial
results. The Company’s net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 was $3.9 million, or $0.40
per share. This represents an increase of $660,000, or $0.07 per share, compared to the same quarter in
2012.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2013, the Company reported net income of $23.1 million, or $2.39
per share. This represents an increase of $4.1 million, or $0.42 per share, compared to the same period in 2012.
